No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds

Each Haute Girl Budgets item is handmade with care, just for you. Because of the nature of my products, I’m unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds. Please double-check your order details before checking out to ensure everything is perfect.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Each piece is made by hand, so I take my time to make sure your order arrives as pretty as possible.

Shipping

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on your happy mail. Please note that postal delays are outside of my control, but I’ll always do my best to help if something comes up.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

I want you to be completely in love with your order. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on my end, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so I can make it right.
